Holly Hahn is immediately responsive to any request made by phone or email, whether it is a simple matter of getting a new ID card printed from a vendor, or tackling a billing problem. When we meet on a quarterly basis to discuss the status of our medical plan, CLG always provides up-to-date “data” and offers suggestions on how we can lower our claim costs. On an annual basis, CLG does an excellent job of getting us the best rates possible for all of our benefit options (medical, dental, vision, life and disability) and will help us keep our current vendors if they are willing to match or beat competitor quotes.
